Parade Rules
Who is eligible: Any veteran entertainer--yes, all you eager rookies from last year are now veterans, so you are eligible.
Any participant who has worked at fest for 2 or more years or with prior approval. This includes:
Crafters, booth workers, CKC workers, games & volunteer organizations.

Anyone interested in doing parades must have gone through Academy (Check the Calendar for times and places). All participants must wear period costumes including appropriate shoes. No pets unless they are contracted as part of your act or group.

Promotions will be posted between 7-14 days before hand, at this time we will take names of entertainers that want to participate.

All emails about participating in a promo must be sent to entertainmentpoints@gmail.com.

Participating Entertainers will be taken on a first come first serve basis, and work ethic at promotions will be considered.

You must be on a list for the event by signing up at entertainmentpoints@gmail.com. If you are not on the list, there is a chance you will not receive the points for the promotion.

Children under 10 will NOT receive points, as well as most of the parades do not allow children under 10 or wagons.

Please tell me in your email if you are bringing a snake or any other prop that will prevent you from handing out coupons.
* No Phone Calls PLEASE!

Secondary Events: Only veteran entertainers will be asked to do promotions
