Jennifer O'Rourke (Formerly McDermott), a.k.a. Wolf Whitewater,
Street ~ Peasant Ahemahemahem: 1997 Hawker for CKC (Italian ice, beer, souvenirs you-name-it-I-probably-sold-it)
This was the year I learned about the two mainstays (no pun intended!)
of Fest: water and sunscreen! 1999 Finally made it into Academy!! And graduated a certified (or is that certifiable) street person. Went into Fest with one character pretty firmly established when all of a sudden and completely without my knowledge (or doing) another one surfaced out of the mud puddles. Mistress Eliza Twelveacres when sunny, the Nameless Peasant when not. The Nameless Peasant is constantly in search of a name, so if you see her wandering about our village just shout 'Hey you' and that oughta get her attention. In real life I am a certified actor/combatant with the Society of American Fight Directors and have been stage managing community and semi-professional theatre companies around the Twin Cities area since I moved here in 1992 to go to college. I have also managed theaters in San Diego and Michigan in the past. I have been studying historical swordplay with the New Dawn Duelist Society here in Minneapolis since Oct. of '97 and hope to eventually receive my teacher's certification from the SAFD. Vive la Renaissance! |
